Wednesday, February 20th, 2008Today marks the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Phi Sigma Epsilon Fraternity at Kansas State Normal College (modern day Emporia State University.) PSE still exists today as part of the Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity which I have been a proud member of since 2004.
